3. Warm up and cool down.
Warm up and cool down are highly important part of any exercise program to heat and cool your muscles to avoid over strain.
4. Take your time.
Don’t push yourself too hard too fast. Getting into shape or learning a new sport takes time.
5. Listen to your body.
Adjust your activities if your body is showing signs of too much stress. A mild and short-lived muscle ache is okay, but continuous pain in your joints is a sign for you to show a doctor.
