Room facility / Accomodation

In case patient need to shift in ICU , stay of attendants would be arranged in Dormitory / private room for relative stay as per current policy .Accomodation facility for one relative is availble in Twin sharing and Single rooms and Two relative accomodation is available in suite rooms.

Air port Pick up & Drop

We arrange complimentary airport pick up/drop in a cab/ Ambulance for patient and accompanying attendant to hospital or hotel as per patient’s medical condition or choice. Patient will be received at airport by hospital executive.

Appointment Scheduling

For OPD and Health checkup appointment Co-ordination will be done by International Co-ordinator.

Estimated cost of treatment

Once treatment plan is advised by specialist, International Patient Services team arranges quotation or estimated cost of the treatment and hotel stay (if required). 

Visa - Assistance

International Patient Services team helps in arranging visa by writing a letter to Indian High Commission in the patient’s country. This helps to obtain medical visa not only for patient but also for the accompanying attendant. 

Hotel reservation assistant

We provide assistance to book a guest house/hotel as per your preference / budget for room charge.

Assistance for dinning service

Complimentary meals will be provide for patient and for accompanying attendant (chargeable )food service will be provide room during hospital stay.

Currency Exchange

Currency exchange facility is available inside hospital premises for Indoor patients.

Interpretation service

To avoid languege barrier we have outsourse sevice provider on request .

Proforma Invoice

Patient has the option to wire transfer money before travel team arranges to send Proforma Invoice as per estimate shared. It also helps insurance comapnies and TPAs to place Guarantee of payment (GOP) if patient is covered by insurance. 


We accept International visa card / Credit card and wire transfer for payment.

International patient coordinator (Relationship Manager)

We assign Single point of contact (SPOC) for International patient for better coordination. SPOC assists patient and accompanying attendant throught their stay in hospital for all non-medical assistance like registration , admission and discharge formalities, sim card (4G ) ,Wifi , interpreter , FRRO Formalities ,visa extension, accomodation outside hospital and to arrange local sight seeing.

Medical Opinion

It is advisable that the patient shares the medical report, case history, details of treatment taken and current clinical status by email before they travel to CIMS for their treatment. Our medical experts shall evaluate reports to plan treatment, expected duration of stay at the hospital and post discharge follow up mechanism.
