• Always try to confirm who is at the door before opening it. Look through a peephole or a safe window. Ask the details of a stranger even you should demand to show his /her ID card.
• Use a walker if you need one.
• Do not store bleaches, detergents, bug sprays and other chemicals on a high shelf. They may spill and get into your eyes when you look up to reach for the containers.
