Look at your schedule daily and try to take out some ‘me time’ to recharge yourself. A short 5-15 minute break can also work wonders. .
Try to find out the ‘me time’ in the following ways:

• Get up 10 minutes earlier.
• Ask your kids to clear the table. .
• Turn off the smartphone.
• Claim a Saturday morning or Sunday afternoon for yourself, even if that means adjusting your family’s schedule.
