COOKING TIME: 7 minutes
• 2 cups poha washed and strained
• ½ cup oatmeal soaked in water
• 1 tbsp garlic paste
• 1 tsp ginger paste
• 2 tsp chilly chopped
• 1 onion chopped
• ½ tsp mustard seed
• 1 tsp turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• Lemon
• 2 tsp oil
• Take oil in a pan and add mustard seeds to it. When it crackles, add ginger & garlic paste to it sauté it for half a second and add chilies.
• Add onions to it and sauté it for a minute or two, when it turns pinkish brown add poha and oatmeal’s.
• Add turmeric powder, salt and mix well. Let it cook for a minute or two.
• Bring it down from the flame and add lemon.
• Serve hot.
