Instructions for Course Applicants
Application Process
Kindly submit/e-mail the below documents at, “education@cims.org” or CIMS HR Department, CIMS Hospital, Opp. – Shukan Mall, Off Science city Road, Sola, Ahmedabad – 380060 with Subject line: CIMS Education and training on the envelope
- Duly filled application form along with recent passport size photograph
- Curriculum vitae
- Personal statement describing your clinical subjects interests and experience, and your Career goals.
- Two professional recommendation letters (not from anyone related to family)
- True copy of Graduate certificate, medical school transcripts, MCI Registration certificate, Aadhar card/Social security identity card, with experience certificate (if any)
- No objection certificate if working somewhere else
- Interviews
Short listed applications will be interviewed by the Program Director. - Course Evaluation
Performance of the candidates will be continuously monitored during the course.
Supervising faculty member will evaluate the students after each clinical rotation
Six core competencies identified by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (as done in USA) will be evaluated:
- Patient care
- Medical knowledge
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Professionalism
- Practice-based learning and improvement
- Systems-based practice
Faculty evaluations will be reviewed by the Program Director and a pass-fail grade based on the scores and comments by the faculty members will be assigned.
Certification of training will be issued following successful completion of training.

- The decision of the program directors is final and abiding to all course students.
- Access to CIMS
- Education in form of observation
- Lodging and boarding during course will be at your own expense.
- Minimum 75% presence is required for completion of course.
- Contact consultant with prior appointments only
- Respect Privacy of patient
- Grace and respect to all patient, relatives hospital staff and consultants
- Forbidden Unlawful conduct
- No patient or relative should be approached in the absence of consultants
- Law of hospital and Law of land binding to students
- No direct treatment to be given without consultant advice
Admission Process

- Fill personal details, programme details, qualification details, course details
- If the subjects are different than the subjects mentioned click the “OTHERS” check box.
List of Documents to be emailed on education@cims.org
- Application form with Scanned Photograph ( Less than 100KB and jpg image)
- Scanned curriculum Vitae ( Less than 100KB and jpg image)
- Scanned copy of certificates with Educational Qualifications and experience certificate (not more than 7 in total)
- Two professional recommendation letters (not from anyone related to family)
Payment Information
- Pay your programme fee through debit/credit card (Master /Visa) and Net Banking
- If Payment by Debit, Credit Card (Master/Visa) : You have to select Debit/Credit card option to pay the programme fees and follow the online instruction to complete the payment confirmation slip.
- Payment by Net banking : if you have net banking account select this option . You will be redirected to your bank website.
- Payment by ATM card
