If you have got only 5 minutes, you can turn this me time and a stress buster.
• Take deep breaths. It sounds difficult, mind may wander….that is okay, try to gently lead it back from all stressful thoughts.
• Stretching helps. Get up from your desk, walk around and flex your muscles. You will feel really good afterwards.
• Just sit quietly and do nothing. You can close your eyes and let mind and body rest.
