Except for the melee at the admission counter on the first floor, which took nearly two hours for us to clock in, the staff were courteous and helpful.
The treatment and consultation were very effective, the doctors well versed with their work and patient care that it comforted ones decision to get treatment from this hospital!
However as this is true with almost all the hospitals and organizations, the spanner in the works are the accounting and finance people! My cashless treatment was processed very late and I could check out only a day after my surgery instead of spending Monday night but also had to spend Tuesday night unnecessarily causing waste of time and money!
Still they are very ineffective because cashless process has to be reminded and only then would they initiate it, they do not prompt us!
