INGREDIENTS:
FOR CHAPATIS
• ¼ cup whole wheat flour
• ¼ cup plain flour (maida)
• 2 tbsp low fat milk
• Salt to taste
• Whole wheat flour for rolling
FOR THE PATTY
• 1 cup boiled sweet corn kernels
• 1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
• 2-3 finely chopped green chillies
• 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
• ¼ tsp garam masala
• Salt to taste
• 2 to 3 tbsp brown bread crumbs
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp chopped coriander
OTHER INGREDIENTS
• 1 onion sliced
• 1 capsicum sliced
• ½ cup ketchup
METHOD
FOR CHAPATIS
• Combine all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough.
• Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out each portion into thin chapatis with the help of the flour.
• Cook chapatis on a non stick tava on both sides. Keep aside.
FOR THE PATTY
• Mix all the ingredients. Divide the mixture into equal portions.
• Take a non stick tava and put ½ tsp oil on it.
• Place the patty on it, and let it cook till both the sides turn golden brown.
• Keep it aside.
HOW TO PROCEED
• Place the chapatti on the tava on a slow flame.
• Apply ½ tsp of ketchup on it. (Mint chutney can also be used instead of ketchup)
• Place the patty on the chapatti. Add onion slices capsicum slices on it and wrap it tightly.
• Bring it down from the tava and serve hot.
