INGREDIENTS:
• ¾ cup finely chopped methi (fenugreek) leaves
• ¾ cup besan
• 2 tsp oil
• 1 tsp garlic paste
• ½ cup chopped onions
• 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
• A pinch of hing
• ¼ tsp haldi powder
• ¼ tsp chilli powder
• Salt to taste
METHOD :
• Combine the besan along with 2 cups of water in a deep bowl and whisk well till no lump remains.
• Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the garlic paste and onions, sauté on a medium flame for a minute or two.
• Add the methi leaves, green chillies & hing & sauté on a medium flame for 3-4 mins.
• Add the prepared besan-water mixture, haldi powder, chilli powder and salt, mix well and cook for 2-3 mins while stirring continuously.
• Serve immediately with rotis.
