INGREDIENTS :
• 1 cup chopped methi
• 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
• 1/3 cup besan
• ½ tsp ginger-green chilli paste
• ½ tsp sugar
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• ¼ tsp garam masala
• 1 tsp curd
• 1 ½ tsp oil
• ½ tsp fennel seeds or saunf
• Salt to taste
FOR GREASING: oil
METHOD:
• Mix all the ingredients in a bowl & knead into a soft dough using water only if required.
• Divide the dough into 8 equal portions, shape into even sized rounds & flatten them using your palms.
• Place on a greased baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200’C for 7-8 minutes.
• Serve hot.
