Health Awareness Session for Breast Cancer: Educating Minds, Saving Lives with Airport School

On 25th July 2025, Marengo CIMS Hospital organized a Health Awareness Session on Breast Cancer in association with Airport School, Ahmedabad. Organized at the school campus, the activity sought to create awareness about early detection, prevention, and treatment practices associated with breast cancer, promoting a culture of pro-active health maintenance among the staff at the school.

The session was conducted by Dr. Abhishek Jain, Onco Surgeon at Marengo CIMS Hospital, who spoke to a crowd of over 50 school staff members. In his informative and interactive presentation, Dr. Jain emphasized the need for regular screenings, being aware of early symptoms, and the paramount role of early medical intervention. He also debunked some common myths and offered practical tips on self-examination methods.
