**⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5)** I would like to share my experience with Marengo CIMS Hospital, Ahmedabad, during my elder brother Mr. Dhirendrabhai Ajmera's treatment and surgery for a **pancreatic tumor**. First of all, my heartfelt appreciation goes to **Dr. Manish Gandhi** and his entire surgical team. They are highly skilled, knowledgeable, professional, and truly exceptional at what they do. The surgery was performed perfectly, and we are extremely grateful for their expertise, dedication, and compassionate care. I would also like to specially mention that there is a **relative of ours working in the hospital**, Mr. **Keval Changdiya**, who is an **MD Consultant Neurologist** in one of the departments. He provided us immense support throughout the treatment. He used to visit us daily, continuously guided us, and whenever any additional or different medication was required, he personally ensured it was provided. He also remained in constant coordination with **Dr. Manish Gandhi**, which greatly helped in smooth and effective management of the case. The **nursing staff** deserves special recognition. Every nurse was polite, supportive, patient, and always ready to help. Whenever we needed assistance, they responded promptly with a smile and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The **male attendant staff** was also helpful and cooperative. However, the number of attendants appears to be insufficient considering the large number of rooms. At times, it took longer for assistance to arrive because they were attending to multiple patients. Increasing the attendant staff would significantly improve the overall patient experience. One area that urgently needs improvement is the **lift management system**. The patient lift should be reserved exclusively for patients and medical emergencies, while visitors and relatives should use separate lifts. This would make patient movement faster, safer, and more efficient. Another major concern is the **waiting and overnight stay arrangement for relatives when a patient is admitted to the ICU**. The current facilities are not satisfactory. The sofas provided for attendants were unhygienic and had insects, making it extremely uncomfortable to stay overnight. This issue requires immediate attention and improvement. Overall, the medical treatment and professionalism at Marengo CIMS Hospital are excellent, especially the doctors and nursing staff. With improvements in attendant staffing, lift management, and ICU attendant facilities, the hospital can provide an even better experience for patients and their families.

Angel MasterMy Father was diagnosed with a tumor in Colon and Rectum Area during his first level diagnosis done by Dr. Ketu Parekh by performing colonoscopy and was concluded that a surgery will be required to remove the same and he recommended us Dr. Manish Gandhi for the surgery. I was rest assured that we are in the safe hands, and everything will be perfect. Dr. Manish Gandhi is flawless and superlative in his profession. Very gentle, supportive and makes you understand the overall diagnosis and further procedure for the surgery. He suggested Laparoscopy method to perform the surgery, there was no discomfort to the patient during the surgery time and further care was taken by support staff, which eventually made the recovery of my father faster and painless post-surgery. I would recommend Dr. Manish Gandhi to sough for any advice and opinions in this area because of his vast experience, accurate diagnosis and the treatment he gives to the patient. He also acts as a superb stress reliever to relatives.
