Terms and Conditions (Medicine@Home):

• Valid Prescription is essential.

• No delivery charges for orders above Rs. 2000.

• Delivery charge of Rs 150 applicable for orders below Rs 2000.

• Delivery will be for a radius of 15 kms of CIMS Hospital only.

• Delivery may be delayed due to the current scenario.

• Payment will be accepted through:

1. Paytm payment: QR code  will be sent to your WhatsApp account after confirmation of bill amount
2. Cash on delivery will be accepted for CIMS registered patient only   
3. RTGS/NEFT, Account Name:- CIMS Hospital Pvt. Ltd, Bank :- IDBI Bank, Account No:-067102000013244, IFSC code:-IBKL0000067( payment through this mode of delivery will have to be prior the delivery of medicines)

• At the time of home delivery, the delivery person will take a photo of recipient ID proof and place of delivery for the confirmation.
