Health Talk on Spine Care and Back Care by Marengo CIMS Hospital

Marengo CIMS Hospital organized an insightful health talk on spine care and back care for the esteemed members of the SBI Pensioners Association. The session was led by the renowned  Dr. TKB Ganpaty Neuro & Spine Surgeon.  whose expertise provided attendees with invaluable guidance on maintaining spinal health and preventing back pain.

With an overwhelming participation of over 200 associates, the talk focused on the importance of adopting correct postural habits, exercises for spine health, and effective measures to manage and prevent common spine-related issues. This initiative reflects Marengo CIMS Hospital’s commitment to promoting health awareness and enhancing the quality of life within the community.
