The session was led by the renowned Dr. TKB Ganpaty Neuro & Spine Surgeon. whose expertise provided attendees with invaluable guidance on maintaining spinal health and preventing back pain.
With an overwhelming participation of over 200 associates, the talk focused on the importance of adopting correct postural habits, exercises for spine health, and effective measures to manage and prevent common spine-related issues.
