PREPARATION TIME: 5 MINS COOKING TIME: 20 MINS
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 cup oats flour
• 1 cup whole wheat flour
• 2 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
• 1 tsp fennel seeds/ saunf
• 2 tbsp low fat curd
• ½ tsp garlic paste
• 1 tsp green chilli paste
• ½ tsp red chilli powder
• 1 tsp jeera
• 2 tsp oil
• Whole wheat flour for rolling
METHOD:
• Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl & knead into a stiff dough using enough water.
• Divide the dough into equal portions & roll out into a small circle using a little flour.
• Prick the rolled out puris with a fork at regular intervals.
• Arrange them on a baking tray and bake in a pre- heated oven at 200’C (400’F) for 20 minutes turning them once after 10 minutes.
• Serve or store.
