Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) is not restricted to children only — 30% to 70% of kids with ADHD continue to have symptoms when they grow up while some may display in adulthood, causing trouble on the job or in relationships.
Signs of Adult ADHD
1. Running Late
Adults may be chronically late for work or important events.
2. Risky Driving
Studies show that people with ADHD are more likely to speed, have accidents.
3. Distraction
Prioritizing, starting, and finishing task are problematic for adults with ADHD. They tend to be disorganized, restless, and easily distracted.
4. Outbursts
Adults with ADHD may have problems with self-control. This can lead to:
• Difficulty controlling anger
• Impulsive behaviors
• Blurting out rude or insulting thoughts
5. Hyperfocus
They have ability to hyperfocus-they can focus intently on things they enjoy or find interesting but struggle to pay attention to tasks that bore them.

However, all these symptoms cannot be a firm cause of ADHA. It is only a doctor who can diagnose the same.
