While exercising, most people should break for water every to take a rehydration break about every 20 minutes. Most people would stay adequately hydrated by drinking 5 to 10 ounces of fluid every 20 minutes. But your exact need depends on things like how hard you’re working, whether you are indoors or outdoors, and your age, gender, and weight.

How to get rid of Sun Tan?

Cucumber, Rose Water and Lemon Juice Pack:
The acidic property of lemon acts as a natural bleach in removing tan and fighting pimples. The cucumber juice and rose water acts as cooling agents for soothing the blemished skin. Take a table spoon each of cucumber juice, lemon juice and rose water and mix in a bowl. Apply with cotton on tanned areas, wait for 10 minutes and wash off with cold water. Apply this pack every day after you get back home from the sun.

Simple Knee Exercise

Straight Leg Raises
Start with an easy strengthening exercise for your quadriceps, the muscles in the front of the thigh. This move puts little to no strain on the knee: Lie on your back on the floor or another flat surface. Bend one knee and place your foot flat on the floor. Keeping the other leg straight, raise it to the height of the opposite knee. Repeat 10-15 times for three sets

Banana, honey and hazelnut smoothie

Suitable for Cancer Patients having a dry or sore mouth, sickness or nausea, problems chewing, loss of taste or smell. Also the recipe is for Vegetarians, Quick and simple to make.
Preparation 10 minutes
Serves 2
1 banana, peeled and sliced
Soya milk (250ml)
Honey (1 tsp)
A little grated nutmeg Chopped, toasted hazelnuts (2 tsp)
1. Blend the banana with soya milk, honey and a little grated nutmeg until smooth.
2. Pour into two large glasses and top with the toasted, chopped hazelnuts to serve.

Beets contain betaine, the same substance that is used in certain treatments of depression. It also contains trytophan, which relaxes the mind and creates a sense of well-being, similar to chocolate.

A high source of energy, they are low in calories and high in sugar (although the sugar is released into your system gradually, as opposed to chocolate). Very few foods found in the natural world are as beneficial as beets in this regard.

ADHD Affects Adults, Too

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) is not restricted to children only — 30% to 70% of kids with ADHD continue to have symptoms when they grow up while some may display in adulthood, causing trouble on the job or in relationships.
Signs of Adult ADHD
1. Running Late
Adults may be chronically late for work or important events.
2. Risky Driving
Studies show that people with ADHD are more likely to speed, have accidents.
3. Distraction
Prioritizing, starting, and finishing task are problematic for adults with ADHD. They tend to be disorganized, restless, and easily distracted.
4. Outbursts
Adults with ADHD may have problems with self-control. This can lead to:
• Difficulty controlling anger
• Impulsive behaviors
• Blurting out rude or insulting thoughts
5. Hyperfocus
They have ability to hyperfocus-they can focus intently on things they enjoy or find interesting but struggle to pay attention to tasks that bore them.

However, all these symptoms cannot be a firm cause of ADHA. It is only a doctor who can diagnose the same.

Caffeine for an alert mind

How we wish there was a magic potion to boost IQ or make one smarter. But alas there is none.
However, studies indicate that certain substances, like caffeine, can energize and help one concentrate. Caffeine found in coffee, chocolate, energy drinks makes one alert, though the effects are short-term.
However for coffee lovers, this is the perfect excuse to have one more cup of coffee.
